UBND tỉnh Quảng Ngãi vừa có Quyết định chấp thuận Công ty TNHH Đầu tư và Du lịch Long Phụng đầu tư dự án Tổ hợp chăm sóc phục hồi sức khỏe, làm đẹp, du lịch và nghỉ dưỡng tại các xã Đức Lân, Đức Lợi và Đức Thắng, huyện Mộ Đức.

Quy mô đầu tư của dự án gồm: Phần diện tích thuê đất, mặt nước để thực hiện dự án (khoảng 95,82ha). Trong đó, Khu Suối khoáng nóng Thạch Trụ (xã Đức Lân) có quy mô 9,91ha; Khu núi Long Phụng (xã Đức Thắng) quy mô 34ha; Khu xóm A (xã Đức Lợi) gồm đất công cộng, trị liệu, nghỉ dưỡng, đất thương mại dịch vụ, đất nông trại trồng dược liệu, đất nuôi trồng thủy sản, đất hạ tầng kỹ thuật, cây xanh quy mô khoảng 50,27ha.

Phần diện tích thuê môi trường rừng đối với rừng phòng hộ đã được quy hoạch tại khu vực núi Long Phụng, xã Đức Lợi khoảng 4,38ha.

Diện tích đất, mặt nước dự kiến sử dụng có tổng diện tích khoảng 100,2ha.

Tổng vốn đầu tư 570 tỉ đồng, trong đó vốn chủ sở hữu 171 tỉ đồng, vốn vay 399 tỉ đồng.

Thời hạn hoạt động 49 năm kể từ ngày được cấp quyết định chủ trương đầu tư.

Tiến độ thực hiện dự án chia thành 2 giai đoạn.

Giai đoạn 1 từ quý 4/2019 – quý 4/2021: Hoàn thành các thủ tục đầu tư, ký quỹ đầu tư; thực hiện công tác môi trường, rà phá bom mìn; hoàn thành các thủ tục về đất đai; Lập quy hoạch chi tiết xây dựng tỷ lệ 1/500; lập hồ sơ thiết kế bản vẽ thi công và tiến hành xây dựng các hạng mục công trình dự án sau khi được cấp phép xây dựng.

Giai đoạn 2 từ quý 4/2021 – quý 3/2022: Tiến hành đầu tư các hạng mục của dự án còn lại sau giai đoạn 1 và vận hành nghiệm thu tổng thể dự án; đưa dự án đi vào hoạt động trong quý 3/2022.
